I submitted a maintenance request on shower door and oven light over weekend. I advised no hurry but maintenance was here ... this morning and completed the work. John is very professional and is a nice man. We are here a little over two months and we love it. The office staff have been very patient with us ( older generation) and we have recommended Hampden Greene to several friends. I only have one little negative comment……. I moved to HG in October 2019 and I'm very pleased with my decision. The apartments are very spacious with excellent amenities. ... Hot water is plentiful, utilities have been very reasonable, the garages are spacious and even given the construction, the development is reasonably quiet. My limited maintenance requests have been completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Chuck, the maintenance supervisor, was great to deal with. I could not say enough wonderful things about Hampden Greene the new smoke free community in Enola PA. I recently moved from out of state into my new apartment and it is absolutely amazing.
